ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response , is becoming more popular as time goes on. It is a euphoric feeling or tingling sensation that develops in response to a certain sound or video. There are many triggers that can stimulate a response, but here I will only name the top 10. Whispering - This is the most common type of ASMR trigger. Many ASMR artists feature this type of trigger in their videos. Some use a mixture of audible and inaudible whispering. They softly speak certain words or phrases that will induce tingles for almost anyone.            There are certain words such as "relax" and "calm" that will cause tingles. These words are very              often repeated and provide for a better ASMR experience.            The whispering can be either soft speech or totally unintelligible to the point where it cannot be              understood. What is ASMR?

ASMR or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is a type of blissful feeling one gets when they hear certain sounds or watch certain things. It can be further described as a euphoric and relaxing tingling feeling. These "tingles" can be felt at the crown or back of the head and then proceed slowly down into the rest of the body.  There are numerous things that will produce these ASMR tingles. Some of them are whispering, watching repetitive small tasks, hand movements, tapping, eating, scratching, and brushing sounds.  Unfortunately, not everyone will respond to or trigger their ASMR, but if you are one of the many who do, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. This is an excellent way to reduce stress and anxiety; insomnia will be a thing of the past.   If you want to see if you can experience ASMR, head on over to my YouTube channel to watch a few videos.
